Cleaner for Commercial Bathrooms

CloroxPro Tilex Disinfecting Soap Scum Remover spray is a 32 fluid ounce cleaner designed for offices, schools, hotels, restaurants and day care centers. The bleach-free foam formula eliminates 99.9% of bathroom germs on hard, nonporous surfaces. It kills SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, without requiring scrubbing. Buyers needing a cleaner for porous stone or unfinished wood will not find this product suitable.

Limits of Bleach-Free Foam Disinfection

The product works on glazed ceramic tile, fiberglass, shower doors, toilets and sinks. It is not intended for use on fabrics, carpets, painted walls or food-contact surfaces without rinsing. The disinfectant action requires the foam to remain wet on the surface for the contact time stated on the label. Users who need a sanitizer for soft furnishings or a degreaser for kitchen hoods must choose a different formulation.

Spray Bottle Installation and Common Issues

The bottle includes Smart Tube technology that reaches the bottom so every drop can be sprayed. No assembly is required; simply point and spray. The most frequent issue is the trigger mechanism clogging if the foam dries in the nozzle between uses. Rinsing the spray head with warm water after each session prevents blockage and ensures consistent foam delivery.
