Compact 7.5 L Capacity

This insulated lunch bag holds 7.5 L of food and drink in a 10.6 x 6.7 x 6.7 cm footprint. The lightweight 0.24 kg design fits inside a backpack or carries solo via the adjustable shoulder strap. It suits office workers, students or outdoor enthusiasts who need a single reusable container for daily meals.

Leakproof Thermal Liner

A food-grade waterproof liner and snowflake-patterned 300D cationic-dyed polyester shell keep contents cold or warm for hours without leaks. You can pour ice directly into the bag and it will melt slowly while the exterior stays dry. The materials are rated for repeated daily use and easy wipe-clean maintenance.

5 L Internal Volume

The usable internal volume is 5 L, which determines how many containers or bottles fit per trip. Buyers who need more storage for family-sized portions or multiple meal boxes will find this capacity limiting.

Questions about this item

How do I use the adjustable shoulder strap and what step do people often miss?

Thread the strap through both metal rings, pull tight, then slide the buckle to lock — many forget to engage the buckle so the bag slips off the shoulder.

Which part of the insulated lunch bag will need replacement first with daily use?

The 300D cationic-dyed polyester exterior resists abrasion, but the food-grade waterproof liner can develop micro-tears after repeated ice-pack contact and should be inspected each season.

What capacity limit appears first when the bag is packed for a full day?

The 7.5 L interior (10.6 x 6.7 x 6.7 cm) fills quickly with containers and ice, so the volume ceiling is reached before the 0.24 kg weight becomes noticeable.
