Adds eight Gigabit Ethernet ports via USB-C power for silent, plug-and-play wired expansion
This desktop switch adds eight RJ45 ports running at 10/100/1000 Mbps so laptops, PCs, consoles, printers and NAS devices can join a wired network. Auto Negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX handle link speed and cable crossover automatically. The unmanaged design needs no software or configuration. It suits home offices, dorm rooms and small-business desks that need more wired connections without managed-switch complexity.
A fanless plastic chassis keeps the switch silent during continuous traffic, making it practical for bedrooms, study areas and quiet workspaces. The USB-C power jack draws from a compact adapter or compatible USB-C source, reducing cable bulk on the desk or in a wall-mounted distribution box. Energy-efficient circuitry lowers power draw compared with typical desktop switches while maintaining Gigabit throughput across all ports.
The switch is powered through a USB-C jack using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable, so available current from the host port or adapter sets the practical power budget. Uplink speed is listed as 10/100 Mbps in the specification table, which may limit aggregate throughput to the router compared with the 1000 Mbps port capability. Dimensions are 5.43 x 2.42 x 0.94 inches and weight is 3.07 oz for placement planning.

The fanless, USB-C powered design runs silently and uses less power than typical desktop switches, so heat stays low during continuous operation.
You need a USB-C power adapter or powered USB-C port to supply the switch, plus standard Ethernet cables for the eight RJ45 ports.
Each port auto-negotiates to 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps, so legacy 10/100 gear runs at its native speed without affecting Gigabit devices.
