Compatibility & Fit

This case fits only the iPhone 12 Pro Max with its 6.7 inch display. Precise cutouts align with the screen, volume buttons, camera and speakers for full access. Buyers with any other iPhone model, including the standard 12 Pro, cannot use this case.

Installation & Common Issues

The rigid polycarbonate back and flexible TPU bumpers snap on in seconds without tools. The 38 N52 magnets lock to MagSafe chargers at 2400 gf so the case stays aligned during charging. Dirt trapped between the bumper and phone can scratch the finish if not cleaned before fitting.

Protection Limits

Military-grade drop protection is rated for 10 ft impacts using four corner airbags and raised edges of 1.2 mm at the screen, 2.5 mm at the camera and 0.5 mm at the back. The case is not water resistant, so liquid exposure is not covered. MagSafe charging works through the shell but thicker third-party mounts may not couple reliably.
