Magnetic car mount with 15W charging

The Kaistyle 027685812216 is a magnetic car mount that delivers up to 15W wireless charging for MagSafe-compatible iPhones from the 12 series through the 16 series and Samsung Galaxy Note 23. It locks the phone in place automatically when brought near the charging coil. A Quick Charge 18W or higher adapter is required for the maximum rate and is not included.

Dashboard adhesive and vent clip bases

Two mounting options are supplied: a 3M adhesive base that bonds to the dashboard and a metal-hook vent clip that fits 99 percent of vertical or horizontal vents. The adhesive base stays fixed on rough roads while the steel vent hook is designed to outlast plastic alternatives. Overall unit dimensions are 168.0 in x 125.0 in x 41.0 in.

360° rotation and one-hand docking

A 360-degree ball joint lets the driver switch between portrait and landscape with one hand. The magnetic array holds the phone securely through bumps, sharp turns and sudden stops. The package contains the mount, both bases and no power adapter.

Questions about this item

Will the 360° rotation joint stay tight if I keep using my existing 12 W car adapter?

The mount rotates smoothly through 360° regardless of the adapter; charging speed depends on the adapter, not the joint.

How can I confirm the 15 W fast charge is active after I install the mount?

Your iPhone displays the MagSafe charging animation and the battery percentage climbs at the 15 W rate when a QC 18 W+ adapter is connected.

Does the box include a QC 18 W+ adapter or only the mount, vent hook and adhesive base?

The package contains the MagSafe mount, a metal vent hook and a 3M adhesive dashboard base; a QC 18 W+ adapter is not included.
