Rear-view mirror phone mount

This mount clamps onto a car's rear-view mirror and holds smartphones or GPS devices between four and seven inches. The arm rotates three hundred and sixty degrees and retracts for flexible positioning. It suits drivers who want navigation, video calls or recording without looking away from the road. Installation fits most flat or slightly curved mirrors.

Capacity and headroom

The adjustable clip accepts mirrors up to two thousand two hundred and sixty millimetres thick and extends the arm up to twenty-six centimetres. Phones up to four point seven seven inches long and weighing no more than two hundred and fifty grams are supported. Heavier devices or thicker mirrors exceed the design limits.

What it replaces

The unit replaces dashboard or windscreen mounts that block forward vision or fall off in heat. It upgrades from basic clips by adding four-corner anti-shake pads and a retractable arm. The jump is worth it when a stable, eye-level view is needed for daily commuting or ride-share work.

Questions about this item

Will the 3.4-inch retractable arm on the OUREAR7 clear my dash-mounted radar detector?

The arm extends 3.4 inches from the mirror clamp; measure the gap between your mirror stem and the detector to confirm clearance.

How do I verify the 360° ball joint and four-corner anti-shake pads are holding my phone steady on rough pavement?

With the phone clipped in, tap the mount firmly — the ball joint should resist rotation and the four corner pads should keep the device from vibrating against the mirror.

Does the OUREAR7 package include a charging cable or power adapter for my smartphone?

No — the box contains only the mirror clamp, retractable arm, phone cradle and adjustment hardware; cables and chargers are sold separately.
