Questions about this item

What does the 22.5W output cap in practice?

The 22.5W rating is the maximum power the bank can deliver through its USB-C port when the connected device negotiates PD or QC fast-charging protocols; actual speed depends on the device's own charging limits.

What clearance does the 5.32 x 2.76 x 0.5 in body need?

The slim 0.5 in thickness fits most pockets and bag sleeves; allow a few millimetres extra for the retractable cables to slide out from the short edges.

How do I start charging and what step is often missed?

Press the side button to wake the LCD display, then pull out the built-in Type-C or Lightning cable or plug into the USB-A or USB-C ports; the display stays dark until the button is pressed.
