Five-pack waterproof pouches for phones up to 8.3

This set supplies five multicolour dry bags rated IP68 for submersion down to 30 metres. Each pouch fits smartphones with a diagonal up to 8.3 inches and also holds cards, cash or keys. The clear PVC window keeps the touchscreen responsive so you can type, tap and shoot photos without removing the device. A sturdy lanyard is included for hands-free carrying during water sports.

Touch sensitivity and seal integrity during

The 0.3 mm PC and PVC laminate remains touch-sensitive with no perceptible delay even after extended periods underwater. IP68 certification confirms the seal holds at 30 metres depth, so sustained swimming, snorkelling or rafting sessions do not degrade water resistance. The transparent window continues to transmit light for underwater photography throughout the dive. Users should still test each pouch with a paper towel for 15 minutes before trusting a phone inside.

Simple snap closure but air pockets can compromise

Installation is a matter of placing the phone inside, squeezing excess air out and locking the dual-track snap shut. The most common failure is trapped air that prevents the seal from closing fully, allowing water to enter when the pouch is inverted. Running the pre-use paper-towel test for 15 minutes catches this issue before a real device is at risk. The lanyard attaches to a reinforced top mount that stays secure during active use.

Questions about this item

Will the IP68 pouch trap heat or fog up the screen during a full day at the beach?

The 0.3 mm PVC window stays touch-sensitive and does not add noticeable insulation, so the phone runs at normal temperature and the screen remains clear.

What must I already have for the pouch to work — does it need a special case or app?

No extra case or app is required; just place any phone up to 8.3 inches diagonal inside, seal the snap closure, and attach the included lanyard.

Can I keep using my older 6.7-inch phone alongside a newer 8.3-inch model in the same pack?

Yes, each pouch fits any device up to 8.3 inches, so both the older 6.7-inch phone and the larger model share the same 8.6 x 4.3 inch internal space.
