Universal waterproof phone pouch

This IPX8-certified pouch protects phones up to 8.5 inches against water, sand and snow down to 30 metres. The triple-seal design with a reinforced snap-lock keeps the interior dry during swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or beach days. A fully transparent front and back maintain screen visibility and touch response. The pack includes one orange and one navy pouch with lanyards.

Simple snap-lock installation

Open the triple-seal closure, place the phone inside and press the snap-lock shut until it clicks. Remove any bulky protective case first, otherwise the phone may not fit or could overheat and shut down. The transparent PVC does not block the camera, so photos and videos work without taking the device out. Rinse the seals with fresh water after salt-water use to prevent grit from jamming the lock.

Check phone size and case bulk

Measure the handset diagonally; it must be 8.5 inches or smaller to fit the 8.07 in by 4.72 in interior. Thick rugged cases or wallet folios often exceed the 0.65 in depth allowance and should be removed before insertion. Ensure the snap-lock engages fully on both sides each time you close the pouch. The lanyard attachment point is moulded into the pouch body and cannot be swapped for a different strap.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the IPX8 seal is holding after I close the triple-seal snap-lock?

Submerge the empty pouch in water and press gently; no bubbles should escape from the triple-seal edges or snap-lock, confirming the IPX8 rating up to 30 metres.

What comes in the 2 pack and do I need to buy a lanyard separately?

The pack contains two pouches in orange and navy, each with an attached lanyard; no extra lanyard purchase is required.

Which colour should I choose for my 8.5 inch device?

Both orange and navy pouches share the same 8.07 in x 4.72 in x 0.65 in dimensions and fit any phone up to 8.5 inches, so pick the colour you prefer.
