Noble TZ08T Wedge Profile Lock

The Noble Locks TZ08T is a wedge-profile security lock supplied keyed alike. It attaches to the standard security slot found on laptops and compatible devices to deter opportunistic theft. The lock body carries the Noble Security branding and is sold in new condition. This accessory suits any user needing a single physical tether for one device.

Suits single-device protection.

Buyers protecting one laptop or docking station with a wedge-style slot will find this lock straightforward. It does not serve setups requiring different keys for each unit, nor does it fit ultra-thin devices that omit the traditional wedge slot. Teams needing master-keyed or individually keyed deployments should look at other configurations.

Keyed-alike cylinder

The defining specification is the keyed-alike cylinder: every lock in the package opens with the same key. This simplifies management for a single owner carrying one key but prevents assigning unique keys to different users. Verify that the target device accepts a wedge-profile lock before purchase.

Questions about this item

Does this wedge-profile lock need a specific slot shape on my laptop to engage?

It requires a wedge-style security slot; check your device for that narrow rectangular opening before buying.

Can I keep using my older Noble keyed-alike locks with this TZ08T unit?

Yes, the key-alike design means one key operates this lock and any other Noble keyed-alike models you already own.

How do I verify the lock is seated correctly after I install it?

Insert the key, turn to the locked position, and confirm the wedge bolt extends fully into the slot so the cable cannot be pulled free.
