Full-length door mirror

The Mainstays 13.5" x 49.5" rectangular mirror delivers a clear full-body reflection for everyday outfit checks. Its slim profile suits narrow hallways, closets, dorm rooms and bedroom doors where floor space is limited. The classic black polystyrene frame adds a clean modern accent to bathrooms, bedrooms and entryways. Lightweight construction makes it easy to reposition as needed.

Over-the-door and wall mounting

The mirror includes hardware for hanging on a standard door or securing to a wall surface. This dual mounting option lets renters avoid permanent wall damage while giving homeowners a fixed installation choice. No additional brackets or adhesives are required beyond the supplied fittings. The versatile design works near a closet, beside a doorway or as part of a gallery wall arrangement.

Polystyrene frame constraints

The polystyrene frame keeps weight low but can flex if the mirror is leaned against a surface without support. It is not rated for high-humidity environments such as steam-filled bathrooms without ventilation. Direct, prolonged sunlight may cause the black finish to fade over time. The 13.5" x 49.5" dimensions suit single-person viewing rather than group use.

Questions about this item

Will the polystyrene frame need any special care to stop it warping over time?

The polystyrene frame is lightweight and stable for indoor use; wipe it with a soft dry cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight or high humidity to keep it straight.

What is the first limit you hit when the mirror hangs on a door that gets opened and closed all day?

Repeated door movement can stress the over-door hooks or wall fixings, so check the mounting hardware regularly and tighten any loose screws before the mirror shifts.

Does the mirror surface or black frame get noticeably warm or noisy after being in a sunlit hallway for hours?

The glass stays cool and silent; the black polystyrene frame may feel slightly warm in strong sun but produces no noise and does not radiate heat into the room.
