North American Herb & Spice NEON PINK Designer Series Guitar Cable 1/4" Straight to Straight 24 awg

Product and Purpose

This North American Herb & Spice NEON PINK Designer Series guitar cable connects an electric guitar to an amplifier or pedalboard using 1/4 inch straight plugs. It is intended for musicians who want a visually distinctive cable with a flexible nylon braid sleeve. The 24 awg oxygen-free copper conductor and carbon PE layer aim to reduce handling noise in high impedance circuits. Available in 16 style variations.

Installation and Common Issues

The cable plugs directly into standard 1/4 inch jacks with no tools or configuration required. The nylon braid sleeve improves flexibility and makes coiling easier than bare PVC jackets. Heavy duty all metal connectors with matte nickel plating resist wear from repeated insertion. The spiral shield and carbon PE layer work together to minimise microphonic noise when the cable is moved during performance. No driver installation or signal pairing is involved.

Capacity and Headroom

The 24 awg centre conductor and polyethylene dielectric carry instrument level signals cleanly for typical stage or studio cable lengths. The spiral shield provides effective noise rejection for single coil pickups and high gain settings. The abrasion resistant PVC outer jacket and UV resistant braid extend service life under frequent coiling and transport. Very long runs may introduce capacitance that rolls off high frequencies, a characteristic of any passive instrument cable.
