What this trimmer does

The Northwest 3023805 is a dual-sided grooming tool built for men who want precise eyebrow shaping and painless nose or ear hair removal in one device. It runs on an included AAA lithium battery for cordless use at home or while travelling.

Who it suits and who it does not

This model suits buyers who want a compact, rinseable trimmer with a knurled metal grip for wet or dry detail work. It does not suit users who need a full-size body groomer, a rechargeable docking station or a vacuum-assisted cutting system.

Installation and common issues

Insert the supplied AAA lithium battery, snap on the desired head and press the power button to start trimming. The most common issue is reduced cutting performance if the heads are not rinsed clean and dried thoroughly after each use.

Questions about this item

Does the trimmer include the lithium AAA battery needed for cordless operation?

Yes, the package contains a lithium AAA battery so the trimmer works cordless immediately.

Can the dual-sided detail head and the rotary nose-ear head both be used on the same handle?

The heads are separate attachments that fit the same body, letting you switch between eyebrow detail trimming and nose-ear grooming.

How can I confirm the blades are clean and ready for the next use?

Remove each head, rinse it under running water, dry it thoroughly and reattach; the trimmer will then run smoothly for the next session.
