Safe Cutting System

The Northwest YD-0528 baby hair clipper uses a ceramic blade with a 28-tooth cutting unit designed for fine, soft hair. The widened R-shaped rounded corners reduce the risk of scratching delicate skin while trimming. This cordless, rechargeable trimmer is waterproof at IPX-7 level and operates at about 50 dB for a calm grooming experience. It includes multiple guide combs, a cape, lubricant oil and a cleaning brush.

Compatibility Check

Verify that you need a device intended for babies and young children with soft hair rather than a standard adult clipper. The kit provides three fixed-length combs and an ear contouring comb for preset lengths only. Confirm that a fully waterproof, submersible body matches your cleaning preferences. The unit is battery powered and cordless, so no mains outlet is required during use.

Thermals Noise Power

The precision motor runs at roughly 50 dB with low vibration, keeping noise minimal during operation. Ceramic blade material generates less friction heat than metal blades during extended trimming sessions. Rechargeable battery power avoids continuous mains draw and allows portable use anywhere. The IPX-7 waterproof body can be rinsed under water for quick hygiene without affecting motor performance.
