Power Supply for R520 R620 R720 R720Xd

This 750 watt hot-plug power supply is built for Dell PowerEdge R520, R620, R720 and R720Xd servers. It delivers 80 Plus Platinum efficiency across a 100 to 240 volt input range. The unit uses part numbers 9PXCV, 09PXCV and CN-09PXCV with model number D750E-S1. It is a direct replacement for the DPS-750AB-2 reference.

Suited for server maintenance and upgrades

Technicians replacing a failed unit in the listed PowerEdge models will find the correct fit and hot-plug function. Builders assembling a chassis that requires a different form factor or a higher wattage output should look at other options. The 750 watt rating limits use in configurations that demand more power headroom.

80 Plus Platinum efficiency rating

This certification confirms the supply meets high efficiency targets at 20, 50 and 100 percent load. Lower efficiency units will draw more wall power and generate more heat in the same chassis. The Platinum rating is the single specification that determines operating cost and thermal load for this part.
