Questions about this item

How do I mount the 15" monitor using the VESA 75mm or 100mm pattern?

Attach the supplied wall brackets to the four threaded holes on the back, matching either the 75mm or 100mm spacing, then secure the bracket to the wall; the step often missed is confirming which pitch your mount uses before tightening screws.

What part of the touch screen is most likely to need replacement after heavy daily use?

The USB touch controller board or the touch sensor glass can wear out after millions of taps; the sensor is rated for long life but the controller is the first component that typically requires service.

At what power draw does the monitor hit its thermal limit during continuous operation?

The unit draws a maximum of 30W and the built-in cooling system is designed to keep temperatures stable at that load indefinitely.
