Industrial Power Supply for Server Chassis

This NShi unit delivers up to 500 W from an AC 110 V or 240 V source and provides selectable DC outputs of 5 V, 12 V, 24 V and 36 V. It is built for industrial and server environments that require stable, multi-rail power in a desktop-style metal enclosure.

Fits Desktop Server Builds with Multi-Voltage Needs

The supply accepts a wide AC input range and converts it to four DC rails, freeing the builder from adding separate converters for 5 V, 12 V, 24 V or 36 V loads. Its metal case and CCC, RoHS and CE compliance suit rack or bench installations where safety certifications are mandatory.

Sustained Output Up to 60 A

Continuous operation is rated from 0 °C to 40 °C ambient with up to 95 % non-condensing humidity, and the unit includes over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection. Storage tolerance extends from -20 °C to 60 °C, allowing the supply to endure idle periods in harsh environments without degradation.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum output current the 500W unit can sustain?

The supply delivers up to 60 A total across the 5 V, 12 V, 24 V and 36 V rails.

How hot does the metal case get during continuous operation?

Rated for 0–40 °C ambient; the aluminum case dissipates heat without a fan, so surface temperature stays within that range.

Which input voltage must the site provide for the PSU to start?

It accepts AC 110 V or 240 V automatically, so a standard mains socket is all that is required.
