  • Wide-range 220 V AC input compatibility

Adjustable DC Output for Custom Builds

This new NShi desktop server chassis integrates a 2000 W adjustable switching power supply. It delivers selectable DC voltages of 12, 15, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 80 and 90 V from a 220 V AC input. The unit weighs .44 lb and includes a display for monitoring output.

Requires 220 V Mains and Internal Component Space

The chassis accepts standard 220 V AC mains power and provides the DC rails needed by installed boards and drives. Builders must supply motherboards, storage and cooling that match the chosen voltage. The adjustable design frees the builder from sourcing multiple fixed-output supplies, but it cannot replace a dedicated ATX unit for standard PC hardware.

Questions about this item

At what output voltage does the 2000 W rating apply?

The 2000 W rating is specified for the 220 V AC output setting; lower DC voltage settings such as 12 V, 24 V or 48 V are rated at 1000 W or 1500 W instead.

How loud is the fan when the unit runs continuously at full load?

The chassis weighs only .44 lb and uses a compact desktop form factor, so the internal fan spins at high speed under sustained 2000 W load, producing noticeable airflow noise in a quiet room.
