Genuine Lenovo keyboard for T590 L590 P72

This replacement keyboard fits the Lenovo ThinkPad T590, L590 and P72 models. It features a standard QWERTY layout with integrated backlighting for low-light typing. The unit ships new in black and carries a six-month manufacturer warranty. It restores original input feel for compatible notebooks.

Fan cooling under sustained load

The built-in fan draws heat away from the keyboard deck during extended sessions. Airflow remains steady while the system runs demanding workloads. Temperatures stay lower than passive cooling alone would allow. The accessory helps maintain consistent performance over long periods.

Direct fit installation

The keyboard aligns with the existing mounting points and ribbon connector on supported models. No extra adapters or tools are required for the swap. Misaligned ribbon seating is the most common issue and causes missing keystrokes. Careful connector insertion avoids that problem.

Questions about this item

How much noise does the cooling fan produce when running continuously all day?

The accessory is a fan-type cooler designed for ThinkPad T590, L590 and P72 models, drawing power from the laptop USB port to operate quietly during extended sessions.

Which ports or connections must my laptop already have for this cooler to work?

The pad connects through a standard USB port on the ThinkPad T590, L590 or P72, so the laptop must provide an available USB-A socket for power and data pass-through.

Will the cooler fit properly if I keep using my existing ThinkPad P72 alongside newer models?

The cooler is built for the ThinkPad T590, L590 and P72 series, matching their chassis dimensions and vent placement for stable alignment across all three models.
