Server Chassis for FSP Power Supply

This desktop server chassis is designed to accommodate the FSP FSP100-50LG power supply unit. It suits system builders assembling compact servers or workstations that require this specific power supply form factor and output profile.

Thermals and Power Draw

The chassis supports a power supply rated for 100W and 50W outputs, defining the thermal envelope for installed components. Noise levels and power consumption in normal use will depend on the internal hardware configuration and the cooling solution chosen by the builder.

Questions about this item

How do I install the FSP FSP100-50LG power supply into this desktop chassis, and what step is often missed?

Align the supply with the rear opening, slide it in until the mounting holes match, then secure all screws; the step often missed is fully tightening every screw so the unit cannot shift.

What maintenance will the FSP FSP100-50LG power supply need later?

Periodically remove dust from the intake and exhaust vents using compressed air; if the internal fan becomes noisy or the 100W and 50W outputs become unstable, replace the entire supply.
