Genuine OEM Brew Group Gasket

This Nuova Simonelli 02280020.c gasket is a factory replacement part for espresso machines. It fits the Oscar, Musica and Appia models. The flat-profile design matches the original equipment specification. Professional technicians and home baristas use it to maintain a proper brew seal.

Replaces Worn Flat Gasket

Install this part when the existing flat gasket hardens, cracks or leaks during extraction. It restores the correct pressure seal between the brew group and portafilter. The jump is worth it when back-flushing no longer cleans residue from a deformed gasket surface. Conical gaskets are not compatible with this seating design.

Holds Seal Under Repeated Thermal Cycles

The gasket maintains its shape and elasticity through daily heat-up and cool-down sequences. It resists compression set from repeated portafilter locking force. Coffee oils and cleaning chemicals do not degrade the material quickly. Consistent extraction pressure is preserved over extended service intervals.
