What the Halo75 V2 is and who it fits

The NuPhy Halo75 V2 is a 75 percent mechanical gaming keyboard with 83 keys in a pink and mint colourway. It uses normal-profile MX-style switches rated at 37gf and a gasket mount for a balanced typing feel. QMK and VIA support give full key-mapping and lighting control to enthusiasts who want deep customisation without proprietary software.

Check your setup before ordering

Verify that your devices run macOS, Windows, Linux, Android or iOS for full compatibility. The keyboard connects via Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless or USB-C, so ensure you have a free USB port for the receiver or cable. Hot-swappable sockets accept both 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style switches, letting you change switches without soldering.

What this replaces and when the upgrade matters

It replaces a standard membrane or non-programmable keyboard for users who need multi-device wireless switching across four paired hosts. The 1000 Hz polling rate in wired and 2.4 GHz modes removes latency for competitive gaming. Battery life ranges from 9 to 307 hours depending on lighting, so the jump is worth it if you want long wireless uptime with per-key RGB and aluminium build quality.

Questions about this item

Does the NuPhy Halo75 V2 box include keycaps and switches, or must I buy them separately?

The keyboard ships fully assembled with keycaps and switches already installed. No extra purchases are required to start typing.

The listing mentions a 37gf switch option — how does that differ from heavier alternatives?

The 37gf figure indicates the actuation force of the pre-installed switches; lighter force means less finger effort per keystroke.

What does the 1000 Hz polling rate mean for daily gaming and typing?

In wired and 2.4 GHz modes the keyboard reports its state up to 1000 times per second, keeping input lag virtually unnoticeable.
