Twin-port OSFP transceiver delivering 800 Gbps through two FR4 lanes and two NDR links with dual LC connectors
The NVIDIA MMS4X50NM is a twin-port OSFP module delivering 800 Gbps aggregate throughput. Each port runs at 50 Gbps lanes using FR4 optics and terminates in an LC duplex connector. It is built for high-density NDR interconnects in data-centre spine and leaf fabrics.
The module slides into a standard OSFP cage and locks with a bail latch, requiring no tools. Clean the LC ferrules before mating to avoid insertion-loss spikes. Verify the switch port is configured for NDR speeds and that the fibre polarity matches the A-B patch plan; mismatched polarity is the most common bring-up issue.
Measured against everything we stock in SFP & SFP+ Transceiver Modules, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Check the link status LEDs on the switch or NIC; a solid green light on each of the two LC ports indicates the 800 Gbps link is up and error-free.
The module ships with the transceiver only; you must purchase two compatible LC single-mode fibre patch cords separately to complete the 2xFR4 links.
