A 280 mm liquid cooler with a 2.36" LCD screen, two 140 mm fans running 500–1800 RPM, and compatibility for Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM4 sockets
Fan Size 2 Fan Slots (140mm)
Color White
The NZXT Kraken Z63 RL-KRZ63-RW is an all-in-one liquid cooler built around a 2.36 inch LCD screen that shows 24-bit colour images, animated GIFs or CAM system data through NZXT CAM software. A white finish and RGB lighting on the pump and two included 140 mm Aer P fans let the unit match light-themed builds. The 280 mm aluminium radiator measures 315.00 x 143.00 x 30.00 mm and uses nylon-sleeved rubber tubes 400 mm long for leak-resistant routing.
This cooler fits Intel sockets LGA 2066, 2011-3, 2011, 1700, 1366, 1200 and 115x plus AMD AM4 and Threadripper sTRX4 or TR4 when a separate bracket is sourced. Fan speeds run 500 to 1,800 RPM with airflow of 27.27 to 98.17 CFM and noise of 21 to 38 dBA, so the system stays quiet at idle and ramps up under load. Builders who need a smaller radiator for a compact case or who cannot accommodate a 315 mm length should look at other options.
The pump-mounted display is the deciding specification: it can be rotated in 90 degree steps within CAM to suit tube routing and shows whatever visual or monitoring content the user loads. If a buyer does not need an on-block screen, a cooler without this feature will cost less and simplify cable management. The copper cold plate and four-pin fan connectors complete the package for standard motherboard control.
