30-Inch Folding Storage Ottoman

The oakvivo CW004 is a rectangular bench that doubles as a hidden storage compartment and a footrest. Its faux leather cover, high-density sponge padding and MDF frame support up to 330 lb while weighing only 11.8 pounds. The piece ships flat and assembles in seconds by inserting the bottom panel.

Folding design replaces fixed ottomans

When unfolded the bench measures 30 by 15 by 15 inches; folded it collapses to just 2.5 inches high for sliding under a bed or into a closet. The jump is worth it for homes that need occasional seating or a coffee-table surface but lack permanent floor space for a bulky footstool.

Fits living-room or bedroom layouts

The 38 by 76 by 38 cm footprint tucks neatly at the end of a bed or beside a sofa without demanding a dedicated corner. Removable lid flips open to reveal the storage cavity, freeing up closet room for blankets, shoes or toys while keeping the top surface clear for trays or feet.

Questions about this item

What floor space does the 30-inch bench occupy when unfolded?

The unfolded bench measures 30 inches wide by 15 inches deep and stands 15 inches high.

How is the bottom panel inserted during assembly, and what is the common mistake?

Unfold the frame, then press the MDF bottom panel into the recessed slots until it clicks; the mistake is leaving the panel resting on top of the frame instead of fully seated.

How should the faux leather lid and sponge padding be maintained over time?

Wipe the PU leather with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoid harsh cleaners, and rotate the removable lid periodically so the high-density sponge wears evenly.
