OEM Tools D13 Smart Watch Red 1.3in

The OEM Tools D13 is a square-dial smartwatch with a 1.3-inch touchscreen and an 80mAh battery rated for up to 7 days of standby. It connects via Bluetooth 4.0 to Android and iOS devices and delivers notifications from Facebook, Twitter, WeChat and WhatsApp through vibration alerts. A metal case and a red silicone band adjustable from 160mm to 240mm complete the wrist-worn unit.

Suits users wanting basic fitness tracking

This watch covers step counting, calorie estimates, sleep logging, heart-rate and blood-oxygen spot checks plus sedentary reminders and alarm functions. It is not a medical device and the supplier notes the health data is for reference only. Buyers who need clinical-grade blood-pressure accuracy, built-in GPS, contactless payments or third-party app ecosystems should look at a different class of wearable.

80mAh battery gives a week of typical standby

The upgraded 80mAh cell comfortably handles daily notification mirroring, continuous heart-rate sampling and occasional music control for several days between charges. Heavy use of the always-on display or frequent Bluetooth camera triggers will reduce that headroom, so expect to recharge more often if those features are used continuously.

Questions about this item

Does the watch need a phone running Android or iOS to set up and view health data?

Yes, the companion app runs on Android and iOS and is required for initial pairing, language selection and viewing stored heart-rate, sleep and blood-oxygen readings.

Can I keep using my existing Bluetooth 4.0 headset while the watch stays connected to the same phone?

The watch uses Bluetooth 4.0 for its link to the phone, so it shares the same radio; most phones handle multiple simultaneous Bluetooth 4.0 connections, but audio quality on the headset may vary with the phone's implementation.

How can I confirm the 1.3-inch touchscreen and heart-rate sensor are working after the first charge?

Swipe the screen to cycle through the menus — steps, heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep should show live numbers — and feel a vibration when a test notification arrives from the paired phone.
