Upright Sign Holder for Desk Use

This Officemate vertical sign holder displays letter-size documents on any flat surface. The clear acrylic construction keeps both sides of the page visible to viewers. Each pack contains six identical holders for multiple locations. Literature slides into the bottom opening for quick changes.

Check Document Size and Surface

Verify that your materials measure exactly 8.5 by 11 inches to fit the holder correctly. Ensure the intended desk or counter top is level so the unit stands upright without tipping. The bottom-loading design requires enough clearance below the holder to insert pages smoothly.

Stable Two-Sided Display Under Load

The self-standing frame remains stable during continuous use on busy counters. Clear panels resist yellowing and maintain readability from both angles over time. Bottom insertion allows frequent document swaps without stressing the structure. The pack of six supports consistent branding across several stations.

Questions about this item

What is included in the 6-pack and does anything else need to be purchased to use them?

The pack contains six clear upright holders that stand on any flat surface; each unit accepts letter-size sheets slid in from the bottom, so only your printed signs are required.

How do I decide which size holder to choose for my documents?

This model is built for 8.5 x 11 inch pages; if your literature matches that size, this is the correct version.

What does the two-sided display mean when the holder is on a desk?

Both faces are transparent, so a single inserted sheet can be read from the front and the back simultaneously.
