This Okerich SCL-M1A8 2-pack supplies two 15.7 inch LED bars that plug into any 5 volt USB source. Each bar draws 5 watts and weighs .259 kilograms. The aluminium housing with a white finish measures 15.7 by .7 by .35 inches and is intended for indoor use only. The kit is aimed at anyone wanting permanent under-cabinet or shelf lighting without batteries.

Touchless control and memory features

A control sensor on each bar lets you wave a hand within two inches to toggle between ON mode and Auto mode, or to hold and dim the brightness. Auto mode offers Auto-Day-Mode that works continuously and Auto-Night-Mode that activates only when ambient light is low, with a 120 degree detection range up to 16 feet. The built-in memory retains the last mode and brightness setting after power loss, making the lights compatible with smart or timer plugs.

Suited for permanent indoor installs.

The lights mount with included double-sided tapes or screws and clips, but the sensor must face the user and stay clear of obstructions within four inches. Because the units are not water resistant and require a USB power source, they do not suit outdoor, damp or battery-only scenarios.
