Blue & Orange Wire Cap Connectors Pack

This kit combines one thousand blue twist-on wire connectors and five hundred orange twist-on wire connectors. Both connector types are UL listed and RoHS compliant for general electrical wiring tasks. The pack targets electricians, maintenance teams and DIY installers who need a single bulk supply for multiple jobs.

Capacity & Voltage Headroom

Blue connectors accept a minimum of two 22 AWG wires and a maximum of three 16 AWG wires, rated to 300 VAC. Orange connectors accept a minimum of one 18 AWG with one 20 AWG and a maximum of four 16 AWG with one 20 AWG, rated to 600 VAC. Neither colour suits conductors larger than 16 AWG or voltages above their stated limits.

Bundled Quantities & Compliance

The blue box delivers one thousand pieces and the orange box delivers five hundred pieces, giving a two-to-one ratio that matches many residential circuits. Both boxes carry UL approval and a one-year warranty, so the installer receives documented compliance without sourcing separate part numbers.

Questions about this item

Will the orange connectors handle the 16 AWG and 18 AWG wires I already have in my junction boxes?

The orange caps accept a minimum of one 18 AWG with one 20 AWG and a maximum of four 16 AWG with one 20 AWG, so your existing 16 AWG and 18 AWG conductors fall within that range.

How can I verify the blue connectors are rated for the 300 VAC lighting circuits I am wiring?

Each blue connector is marked for 300 VAC maximum and measures 0.37" by 0.67", matching the voltage and physical size printed on the packaging.

Does the 1000-pack of blue and 500-pack of orange caps include any installation tools or extra wire?

The packs contain only the twist-on wire caps themselves — 1000 blue and 500 orange — with no tools, wire, or additional accessories supplied.
