Green plastic truck seals with patented acetyl locking chambers for tamper-resistant trailer security, consecutively numbered in strips of 20
The Omnimed 484115_B is a fixed-length plastic security seal designed to secure trailer doors and transportation equipment. It is supplied in consecutively numbered strips of 20 for easy tracking and inventory control. The all-plastic, one-piece construction eliminates loose components during handling.
A patented acetyl locking chamber delivers superior tamper resistance compared with standard plastic seals. The weather-resistant HDPE body withstands extreme cold and heat without becoming brittle or deforming. Each case contains 100 seals for high-volume shipping operations.
The green colour and sequential numbering provide immediate visual verification of cargo integrity. Strips of 20 produce no plastic waste during deployment. Buyers needing adjustable-length seals or metal construction should select a different product type.

Thread the strap through both door hasps, then pull it tight into the acetyl locking chamber until it clicks; the common error is leaving slack before the click, which lets the seal slide back out.
Each seal is single-use; once the locking chamber engages it cannot be reopened, so you replace it with a fresh seal from the next strip of 20.
The HDPE material is rated for extreme cold and heat, but the acetyl locking chamber is the first component that can become brittle or deform after prolonged exposure beyond its design range.
