Optical Network Video Technologies ONV-POE31024PU 24-port 10/100 PoE network switch with 2 gigabit uplinks

24-port 10/100 PoE switch

This switch provides 24 Power over Ethernet ports compliant with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, each delivering up to 30 W. Two additional gigabit RJ45 uplinks handle aggregated traffic at 10/100/1000 Mbps. The unit runs on AC 100-240 V and operates from -20 °C to 55 °C.

Installers powering IP cameras or access points

The 24 PoE ports simplify cabling for surveillance or wireless networks that stay within 100 Mbps per device. Buyers needing PoE+ on every port simultaneously should verify the total power budget against the 3.15 A input rating. Networks requiring 10 Gbps uplinks or SFP slots should choose another model.

14.8 Gbps switching bandwidth

The fabric forwards frames at up to 14.8 Gbps with a 16 K MAC address table and 4 MB buffer. Store-and-forward switching keeps latency under 20 microseconds. This capacity determines how many cameras or access points can stream concurrently without congestion.
