Genuine DMD chip for DW318

This genuine OEM DMD chip is designed specifically for the Optoma DW318 projector. It replaces a failed or degrading light engine to restore image quality. The component suits technicians and owners performing board-level repair. Buyers needing a complete projector or a different model will not find a match here.

Tested replacement part for service

The chip arrives extensively tested at least three times to verify a clear image with no dead pixels. It fits directly onto the existing DLP board without adapter cables or firmware changes. Installation frees the projector from artefacts caused by a faulty micromirror array. Shops without microsoldering equipment cannot use this bare component.

Restores full native resolution

The replacement handles the DW318 native resolution and colour processing exactly as the original part did. Headroom ends where the projector optical path or driver electronics limit brightness and contrast. Users expecting higher resolution, HDR support or a different throw ratio will not gain those features from this chip alone.
