Entry-level 4K vlogging camera

The ORDRO G700 is a point-and-shoot camera built for beginners and entry-level creators who want 4K video and a 64-megapixel sensor in a compact body. It includes a 3.0-inch flip screen that rotates 180 to 270 degrees for self-framing, built-in Wi-Fi for app control, and an HDMI output for webcam use. Two batteries and a 64 GB SD card are supplied in the box.

Limits of the fixed lens and digital stabilisation

The integrated lens offers 12x optical zoom with a focal range of 4.9 to 59 mm and a maximum aperture of f/2.8 to f/3.1. Digital zoom extends to 30x but reduces image quality beyond the optical range. Stabilisation is digital only, so handheld footage at long focal lengths or in low light may show shake that optical systems would suppress.

64 MP stills and 4K 24 fps video headroom

The Sony IMX415 1/2.8-inch sensor captures stills at 9200 by 6900 pixels (64 MP) and records UHD 4K at 2880 by 2160 pixels, 24 fps. Lower resolutions such as 2K at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps are available for smoother motion. ISO reaches 3600, but the small sensor and modest aperture limit clean low-light performance, making this camera unsuitable for professional low-light or high-dynamic-range work.
