Extends HDMI up to 330 feet

The Orei HDMI extender sends 1080p video and audio over a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable to a display up to 330 feet away. It supports point-to-point links and can be expanded to one-to-many distribution with additional receivers sold separately. The unit handles 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720p and 1080i at 50 or 60 Hz, plus 1080p at 50 and 60 Hz without driver installation. M-JPEG compression keeps image quality loss minimal across the run.

Loop-out and IR control for installers

A local HDMI loop output on the transmitter lets you connect a nearby monitor for confidence monitoring or cascading the signal further. The 38 kHz IR extension carries remote-control commands back to the source device from the display side. HDMI 1.3 and HDCP 1.4 compliance ensures compatibility with common Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and media streamers. Cat5e or Cat6 cabling and power for both units are the only infrastructure required.

Replaces short HDMI runs and basic splitters
