Everyday label printer for home and small business

The ORGSTA T003 is a direct-thermal label printer that works without ink or toner. It prints on label widths from .8 to 3.15 inches and accepts continuous thermal paper. One roll of 1.97 by 1.18 inch adhesive labels with 230 stickers is included. The unit weighs 349 grams and measures 28 by 28 by 25 inches.

Bluetooth and USB connectivity limits

The printer connects to phones via Bluetooth and to computers with a USB cable. Drivers install on Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS and Linux. Mobile printing requires the 4Barcode app on iOS or Android. No network or Wi-Fi interface is present, so shared printing across multiple devices needs a host computer.

Replaces ink-based label makers for low-volume jobs

This thermal model removes the cost and mess of ink cartridges or ribbons. It suits users who print shipping labels, organisation stickers or barcode tags in modest batches. The jump is worth it when you want zero consumable cost beyond the paper and a compact device that runs on battery power.

Questions about this item

Which label width should I choose for the T003 printer?

The printer supports widths from 0.8 in to 3.15 in (20 mm to 80 mm). The included roll is 1.97 in wide with 230 stickers. Choose a width that matches your label design and the roll size you prefer.

What does the 3.15 in print size mean in daily use?

It is the maximum print width the T003 can produce. You can print full-width shipping labels at 3.15 in by 4.13 in, or narrower labels down to 0.8 in using the same roll or continuous paper.

How does the USB interface work with the T003?

Connect the USB cable to a Windows, Mac, Chrome OS or Linux computer and install the supplied driver. The USB link handles both data and charging; Bluetooth is used for iOS and Android printing via the 4Barcode app.
