27-Inch Hybrid Surveillance Monitor

The Orion Images 27RDHY is a 27-inch LED display built for continuous security monitoring. It delivers Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate. Wide 178-degree viewing angles and 16.7 million colours ensure clear visibility from multiple positions. The unit carries FCC Class A certification for 24/7/365 commercial operation.

BNC and HDMI Connectivity for Mixed Systems

Two BNC inputs accept TVI, CVI, AHD and CVBS signals with automatic format recognition up to 5MP TVI, 4MP CVI and 5MP AHD. A single HDMI port adds a digital connection for PC or recorder output. Two BNC loop-through outputs allow the video signal to continue to a recorder or another monitor. A D-Sub port provides legacy analogue RGB or component input.

Upgrade from Basic CCTV Displays

This monitor replaces entry-level screens that lack hybrid analogue support or loop-through outputs. The jump is worthwhile when a site mixes analogue HD cameras and needs local viewing plus signal distribution. It is not suited for buyers who require higher pixel density, faster response times for gaming, or digital-only multi-monitor workstations.
