Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter

This adapter converts a factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto system to wireless operation. It supports iPhone iOS 10 or higher and Android 10 or higher. The compact black unit measures 1.96 x 0.9 x 0.5 inches and includes both USB Type-A and USB Type-C cables for broad port compatibility.

Upgrade from wired CarPlay or Android Auto

The device replaces a physical cable connection between phone and head unit. The jump is worth it for drivers who want automatic reconnection at every start without plugging in. It is not for vehicles without factory CarPlay or Android Auto, nor for phones running older OS versions than those listed.

Limits of the wired CarPlay interface

Wireless performance depends on the car's original USB port power and data implementation. The adapter cannot add CarPlay or Android Auto to a head unit that lacks them. Latency and stability vary with the vehicle's factory system and the phone's wireless environment.
