Questions about this item

How do I install the 22 Ton Under Axle Jack and what step is often missed?

Position the jack squarely under the axle centreline, pump the handle until the saddle contacts the axle, then verify the load is centred before lifting — the step most often missed is confirming centred contact.

What maintenance will the 22 Ton Under Axle Jack need over time?

Check hydraulic fluid level periodically, inspect the ram and saddle for corrosion or damage, lubricate the pump pivot points, and replace seals if leakage appears.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the 22 Ton Under Axle Jack?

The 22 ton rated capacity is the primary limit; exceeding it risks structural failure and hydraulic overload before any other constraint is reached.
