Questions about this item

How do I install the OtterBox Symmetry Series case on my iPhone 15 Pro, and what step do people often miss?

Align the case with the iPhone 15 Pro's buttons and camera cutout, then press firmly around the perimeter until it snaps fully into place; the step many miss is ensuring the soft felt interior seats evenly against the glass back before locking the edges.

What maintenance will the cactus-based leather exterior need over time?

Wipe the Blue Sentiment leather with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and let it air dry; avoid leather conditioners or alcohol cleaners, as they can break down the cactus-based material and affect the MagSafe magnetic alignment.

At what point does the MagSafe connection become unreliable under sustained daily use?

The magnetic array is built to MIL-STD-810G 516.6 drop-test levels, so the MagSafe link typically stays secure until the cactus leather shows visible wear or the internal felt liner compresses unevenly after extended heavy use.
