Rugged protection for Galaxy S23+

The OtterBox Defender Series case delivers multi-layer defence for the Samsung Galaxy S23+. A solid inner shell and soft outer cover absorb shocks from drops and bumps. Port covers block dust and debris from entering openings. The matte black finish resists fingerprints and everyday wear.

Upgrade from basic shells when drops are likely

This case replaces thin snap-on covers that only guard against scratches. The jump is worth it if the phone regularly faces construction sites, outdoor work or active commutes where 360 protection matters. The included belt-clip holster adds a secure carry option that simple cases lack.

Suits users who need belt carry and a kickstand

Ideal for anyone who wants the phone on their hip and a built-in stand for video calls. Not for buyers who want a built-in screen protector, a slimmer pocket profile or wireless charging without removing the case.

Questions about this item

What belt width does the holster clip fit?

The holster clips to a standard belt for carry and doubles as a kickstand for hands-free media viewing.

How do I attach the two case layers without pinching the port covers?

Seat the phone in the soft outer cover first, then snap the solid inner shell over it so the port covers stay flat.

When should I replace the soft outer cover?

Replace the outer cover when the material stretches or tears, as it is the layer that absorbs impact and seals the port covers.
