Compatible iPad Pro 13-inch M4

This OtterBox Symmetry Folio is designed specifically for the Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (M4). It combines a clear, scratch-resistant hard case with a hinged folio cover. The dark grey folio protects the screen and provides a secure magnetic closure. It suits users who want a single protective layer that also acts as a versatile stand.

Folio stand and Pencil support

The multi-position folio folds into stable angles for reading, note-taking, viewing media or typing. Strong magnets hold the cover closed and automatically trigger the tablet's sleep and wake functions. A dedicated channel allows the Apple Pencil to charge wirelessly while stored inside the folio, keeping it ready without removing the case.

Simple snap-on installation

The clear back shell snaps onto the tablet edges without tools or adhesives. The folio attaches magnetically to the case hinge, aligning itself automatically. The clear back keeps any asset tags or engravings visible for inventory checks. Buyers who need a keyboard-integrated folio or a ruggedised shell for heavy drops should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the folio cover need any maintenance to keep the magnetic closure working reliably?

The magnetic closure is built into the folio and requires no user maintenance; simply keep the surfaces free of debris for consistent alignment.

What limits the number of viewing angles I can use with the stand during long sessions?

The multi-position folio stand locks into set angles for reading, viewing and typing, so the discrete positions are the practical limit.

Does the clear back panel trap heat against the iPad Pro 13-inch (M4) when the cover stays on all day?

The clear, scratch-resistant case back is a thin polycarbonate shell that adds negligible thermal resistance during extended use.
