OtterBox

OtterBox Unlimited Series Privacy Screen Protector 10.2

SKU CH-PNTN-JCAH0

Privacy screen protector for 10.2 inch iPad blocks viewing from all angles while keeping Apple Pencil sensitivity and scratch resistance

  • Privacy in portrait and landscape with 4-way filter
  • Scratch-resistant layer protects the display from daily wear
  • Anti-glare finish keeps the screen readable in bright light
  • Works with Apple Pencil for natural writing feel
  • Easy to attach and detach without residue

Made for iPad 10.2

This privacy screen protector fits the 7th and 8th generation iPad models with a 10.2 inch display. It attaches and detaches easily without leaving residue. The surface preserves Apple Pencil touch sensitivity for drawing and note-taking. Scratch-resistant material adds a durable layer of everyday protection.

Four-way viewing control

The filter blocks side views in both portrait and landscape orientations. Onlookers see a darkened screen while the user retains a clear, straight-on image. This behaviour stays consistent during long exams or extended work sessions. Anti-glare coating reduces reflections under bright lighting.

Privacy angle is the deciding factor

Four-way blocking means data stays visible only to the person directly in front of the device. Buyers who need to share their screen with colleagues sitting beside them should choose a standard protector instead. The 10.2 inch size matches only the listed iPad generations.

Questions about this item

Does the 10.2-inch privacy filter trap heat or affect the iPad's temperature during long sessions?

The protector is a thin film layer that adds scratch resistance and anti-glare without covering vents or adding insulation, so it does not change the iPad's thermal behaviour.

Which iPad models must I already own for this 10.2-inch protector to fit and work with Apple Pencil?

It is cut for the iPad 7th generation and iPad 8th generation, both 10.2-inch models, and maintains full Apple Pencil touch sensitivity.

Will the 4-way privacy layer interfere with an older Apple Pencil (1st generation) that I keep using on my 10.2-inch iPad?

The film is designed to work with Apple Pencil touch sensitivity, so the 1st-generation Apple Pencil continues to register strokes and pressure normally through the privacy layer.
