Manual chopper for everyday prep

The Ourokhome OURAD008G is a hand-operated food processor with a 500 ml bowl. It suits cooks who want quick chopping without plugging in an appliance. The pull-string mechanism lets you control texture by the number of pulls. It works for vegetables, fruit, nuts, herbs and cooked meat.

Replaces electric choppers for small batches

This tool takes the place of a powered mini-chopper when you only need a few servings. The jump is worth it if you value zero electricity use, silent operation and easier cleanup. Ten pulls give a coarse chop, fifteen a medium dice, and twenty or more produce a puree.

Fits in a drawer or travel bag

The compact 4.9 by 4.9 by 3.3 inch body stores flat and needs no outlet or battery. Three 422 stainless-steel blades sit at different heights for even results. The bowl and lid are dishwasher safe, freeing you from hand-washing sharp parts.
