Size and fitting

This beige drum shade measures 17.5 inches across the top and bottom with a 10 inch height. The 1.65 inch spider fitting accepts standard E26 and E27 lamp holders. A folded linen construction ships flat and expands to the full drum shape.

Room and use fit

The neutral tone and soft light diffusion suit living rooms, bedrooms and home offices where glare-free reading light is wanted. Buyers needing a smaller profile for tight shelves or a different spider diameter should look at other sizes.

Assembly and common issues

No tools are required; the fabric clips onto the top and bottom metal rings in minutes. The folded design can leave light creases that relax after a day. Verify the 1.65 inch ring diameter on your existing harp before ordering.

Questions about this item

What lamp base does the 1.65" spider fit?

The 1.65" spider is designed for standard E26 and E27 lamp holders. Ensure your lamp uses one of those sockets before ordering.

Will this 17.5" drum shade balance on a smaller table lamp?

The shade measures 17.5" across the top and bottom with a 10" height. Check that your lamp base is stable enough to support that diameter.

How can I confirm the linen shade is assembled correctly?

After clipping the fabric onto both metal rings, the drum should sit level on the harp with even gaps all round and the spider centred on the socket.
