Dual-channel 128GB kit of DDR4 3200MHz ECC load-reduced LRDIMMs for servers and workstations
Capacity 128GB (2 x 64GB)
This 128GB kit delivers two 64GB DDR4 3200MHz ECC LRDIMMs for servers, workstations and NAS systems. The load-reduced design targets platforms that require registered memory with error correction and cannot accept standard unbuffered desktop modules.
Modules operate at 1.2V without heat spreaders, relying on system airflow for cooling. The JEDEC-standard voltage keeps power draw predictable in densely populated memory channels typical of multi-socket servers.
The kit replaces or adds to existing DDR4 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz or 2933MHz LRDIMM populations and will downclock to match the slowest installed speed. It is not compatible with unbuffered memory or consumer desktop boards that lack LRDIMM support.
Measured against everything we stock in ECC Server RAM, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Other versions of this model
Align the notch on each 64 GB module with the key in the server DIMM slot, press firmly until both retention clips click, then verify in BIOS that all 128 GB are detected at 3200 MHz; the step often missed is confirming the memory mode is set for Load Reduced ECC rather than standard UDIMM.
The modules have no heat spreaders or moving parts, so no routine maintenance is required; replacement is only necessary if a module fails ECC error correction or if a future platform upgrade demands a different DDR generation.
The CL22 latency at 1.2 V is the primary constraint; sustained throughput will plateau at the JEDEC PC4-25600 rating before thermal or voltage limits become a factor.
