This 128 GB kit contains four 32 GB DDR3L 1600 CL11 registered DIMMs built for workstations, servers and NAS systems. The modules run at 1.35 V and carry ECC protection for data integrity in 24/7 environments. They are not compatible with standard desktop motherboards.

Registered 4Rx4 organisation

The decisive specification is the 4Rx4 registered ECC layout combined with DDR3L 1.35 V signalling; only platforms that explicitly support registered DDR3L RDIMMs can use this kit. Mixing these modules with unbuffered memory will prevent the system from booting.
