A single 32 GB DDR4 3200 module with ECC and CL22 latency for workstations, servers and NAS systems
This single 32GB DDR4 3200 CL22 DIMM adds ECC protection to compatible workstations, servers and NAS systems. It runs at 1.2V in an unbuffered 288-pin VLP form factor. The module targets users who need data integrity without registered buffering.
The stick follows the JEDEC PC4-25600 standard, so its maximum transfer rate is fixed at 3200 MT/s with CL22 timing. It cannot exceed that specification without manual overclocking, which the vendor does not endorse. Voltage is locked to 1.2V by the same standard.
One 32GB rank pair handles large datasets, virtual machines and ZFS caches comfortably. Workloads that exceed 32GB per slot will require additional modules or higher-density DIMMs not covered by this part. Mixing capacities or speeds is not recommended by the manufacturer.

Yes, it uses the 288-pin DDR4 form factor used by most desktop workstations and servers that accept unbuffered ECC memory.
Mixing ECC and non-ECC modules is not recommended; the system will typically disable ECC or fail to boot, so populate all slots with identical ECC modules.
CL22 indicates 22 clock cycles of CAS latency at 3200 MT/s, which is standard timing for JEDEC DDR4 3200 and delivers stable throughput for server and NAS workloads.
