32GB DDR4 3200MHz ECC unbuffered UDIMM for workstations, servers and NAS systems
This OWC UDIMM provides 32GB of DDR4 memory rated at 3200MHz with a CAS latency of 22. It operates at 1.2V and uses a 288-pin unbuffered layout with on-die error correction for data integrity.
The module targets workstations, servers and NAS systems that require ECC protection. Desktop PCs without ECC support in the memory controller will not benefit from the error-correction feature and should consider non-ECC alternatives.
A single 32GB stick handles large datasets, virtual machines and simultaneous applications with ample headroom. Workloads that exceed 32GB of active memory will require additional modules or a higher-capacity configuration.
Measured against everything we stock in Desktop RAM, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Other versions of this model
Yes, this module is a 288-pin DDR4 ECC unbuffered UDIMM and requires a motherboard with a matching slot and chipset that enables ECC functionality.
The specifications list backward compatibility with 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz, so it will run at the highest speed the memory controller allows.
Check the memory speed and ECC status in your BIOS or UEFI, or use an operating-system tool such as dmidecode on Linux or CPU-Z on Windows to verify the operating frequency and error-correction state.
