288-pin RDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin RDIMM interface with a 4Rx4 rank structure and operates at 1.2V. The kit is a dual-channel configuration compliant with JEDEC PC4-21300 specifications and RoHS standards. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis must handle thermal management directly.

2666MHz CL19 at 1.2V

Rated speed is 2666MHz with CAS latency 19 and the modules also run at 2133MHz and 2400MHz where the platform requires it. Registered buffering and ECC add minimal latency overhead while maintaining data integrity under sustained server workloads. Power draw stays at the standard DDR4 1.2V level.
