This OWC kit provides 64GB of DDR4 3200MHz ECC Registered RDIMM memory across four 16GB modules. It is built for workstations and servers that require registered, error-correcting memory. Standard desktop computers cannot use these modules. Mixing them with unbuffered memory is not supported.

288-Pin RDIMM Upgrade

Each module fits a 288-pin DDR4 slot and operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency. The registered design places a buffer between the memory controller and the DRAM chips, reducing electrical load on the server platform. A motherboard with registered DIMM support and ECC capability is required for operation.

64GB Quad-Channel Capacity

The four-module kit delivers 64GB total capacity for multi-threaded workloads and virtualisation. JEDEC compliance ensures stable operation at the rated 3200MHz speed. Systems needing more than 64GB or unbuffered memory will require a different memory type.
